Nikki started her wellness journey in 1997 when she finished her medical esthetic license and later was oncology-trained and certified in reflexology, hydrotherapy, and lash artistry. A breast cancer survivor and certified sound bath healer, Nikki brings a deeply personal understanding of resilience and restorative care to every experience she shapes. Nikki’s passion is educating on overall health and wellness—starting from within and finishing with daily rituals that support a better you. Nikki is the Director of Kohler Waters Spa, including five locations globally, where she has been part of the Forbes journey for over 10 years and continues to share her knowledge and passion with everyone she touches.

Jennifer Pestikas is an executive with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is currently the Chief Experience Officer of a Chicagoland financial institution. Jen understands the necessary skills to make significant leaps in your career, including mindset, asking for what you want, interviewing skills, the ability to negotiate, professional presence and more.

In addition to her corporate work, Jen leverages her experience with her personal company, Brave Women at Work. At Brave Women at Work, Jen offers individual and group executive and leadership coaching for women. She helps her clients better identify their strengths, what they want, what is holding them back and how to remove these barriers so they can take bolder and braver action in their careers.

Kerry Rocole is a seasoned business and human resources leader and certified executive coach. She currently serves as an Executive Confidence Coach with Rise Leadership. Kerry has held senior roles including VP of HR and VP of Talent and Culture at Oshkosh Corporation, and Chief People Officer at Nueske's Applewood Meats. She is known for translating business strategy into people strategy and developing confident, capable leaders.

MARY SIMONIS | BREAKOUT SPEAKER

Mary Simonis, a military veteran, has a master’s degree in Human Services & Leadership with experience in the non-profit and corporate world. She has 300+ hours of formal leadership & character development including a mastermind group for 14 years until joining an executive coaching group in 2024. Currently, she is the Ethics & Compliance Manager at Oshkosh Corporation and lives with her family in Appleton where she serves on the Board of Directors for Missions of Honor.
